  1. 1 red bell pepper
  2. 2 tomatoes
  3. 100 g cucumber
  4. 1 ts olive oil
  5. salt
  6. 1 knife tip chili paste (Sambal oelek)
  7. 1 ts Worcestershire sauce

1. Use a peeler to thinly remove the skin of the bell pepper and cut into pieces.

2. Scald tomatoes with boiling water, run under cold water, remove the skins and cut them into pieces. Peel the cucumber, also cut into pieces.

3. Finely puree everything with the rest of the ingredients and divide into glasses.
