Chia Granola

  1. 70 g mixed nuts
  2. 2 tbs coconut flakes
  3. 3 tbs flaxseed
  4. 2 tbs pumpkin seeds
  5. 20 g puffed amaranth
  6. 20 g puffed spelt
  7. 30 g oat flakes
  8. 20 g spelt flakes
  9. 1 tbs coconut oil
  10. 1 tbs honey
  11. 1 ts cinnamon

1. Overview of ingredients.

2. Put the nuts into the Quick Cut, chop coarsely and put them into a bowl with all ingredients up to and including spelt flakes.

3. Warm up coconut oil, mix with honey and cinnamon, add to the granola mixture and mix well.

4. Cut out a circle of baking paper using a 24 cm lid.

5. Place pot on Navigenio and set it at level 6. Switch on Audiotherm, fit ist on Visiotherm and turn it until the roasting symbol appears.

6. As soon as the Audiotherm beeps on reaching the roasting window, insert baking paper, spread the granola mixture on it and place the pot in the inverted lid.

7. Place Navigenio overhead and set at low level and bake for 30 seconds. Stir the mixture and repeat until a nice browning is achieved.

8. Remove granola mixture and let it cool down.

Tip

  • To make it especially tasty and balanced, you can add 1 tablespoon each of chia seeds and goji berries. Serve with fresh fruit and yoghurt or quark.
  • You can also simply increase the quantities and bake the delicious granola in advance. In an airtight container, the granola stays fresh for 2 weeks.
