Chocolate cake with redwine

  1. 150 g soft butter
  2. 150 g sugar
  3. 1 package vanilla sugar
  4. 3 eggs
  5. 300 g flour
  6. 2 ts baking powder
  7. 1/2 ts cinnamon
  8. 2 tbs cacao
  9. 50 g chocolate flakes
  10. 75 ml dry red wine
  11. butter to grease
  12. breadcrumbs to spread

1. Overview of ingredients.

2. Cream butter with sugar and vanilla sugar. Gradually stir in the eggs.

3. Mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, cacao and chocolate flakes. Stir alternately with red wine into the dough.

4. Pour the dough into a greased and breadcrumbed cake tin (approx. 20 cm Ø). Place it in the pot.

5. Place pot on the hob and set it at low level. Place Navigenio overhead and set it at low level, too. As long as Navigenio flashes red/blue, switch on Audiotherm and enter approx. 40 minutes baking time.

6. At the end switch off Navigenio and the hob and finish baking for approx. 10 minutes using the residual heat.
