Ingredients
- 1 tbs AMC SMOKEY
- 3 tbs ketchup
- 3 tbs maple syrup
- 2 tbs Whisky
- 2 tbs peanut oil
- 2 tbs soy sauce
Preparation
1. It’s best to use a hand blender to puree all ingredients in a narrow mixing cup until a uniform sauce is formed.
Tip
- The glaze goes very well with savoury beefsteaks. When pan-roasting, vigorously roast both sides of the meat, remove from the hob and let it rest. Put back on the hob again, brush both sides and let rest for a few minutes.
