Parsley pesto

  1. 60 g flat leaf parsley
  2. 1 clove of garlic
  3. 50 g walnuts
  4. 150 ml olive oil (extra virgin)
  5. 25 g parmesan
  6. salt

1. Wash parsley, thoroughly dab dry, and remove leaves from the stems.

2. Peel the garlic, blend with the parsley leaves, walnuts and pieces of Parmesan and gradually work in the olive oil until a fine pesto is created.

3. Season the pesto with salt and serve with any pasta.
