Pesto:
  1. 50 g basil leaves
  2. 50 g rucola
  3. 1 garlic
  4. 2 tbs roasted pine nuts
  5. 9 tbs olive oil
  6. 50 g grated parmesan cheese
  7. salt, pepper
Burger:
  1. 4 burger buns
  2. 2 tomato red
Patties:
  1. 1 onion
  2. 400 g minced beef
  3. 2 tbs breadcrumbs
  4. 2 ts hot mustard
  5. salt, pepper

1. Overview of ingredients.

Pesto:

2. Wash the basil, dry well, remove the leaves. Wash the rocket as well and peel the garlic. Add pine nuts, olive oil and parmesan to the Quick Cut and chop finely. Season with salt and pepper.

Patty:

3. Peel onion and dice finely, knead with minced meat, breadcrumbs and mustard. Season with salt and pepper.

4. Form four flat patties.

5. Place the HotPan on the hob and set it at highest level. Switch on Audiotherm, fit it on Visiotherm and turn until the roasting symbol appears.

6. As soon as the Audiotherm beeps on reaching the roasting window, place meat in pot, set at low level and put on the lid.

7. Fit Audiotherm on Visiotherm and turn until the roasting symbol appears. As soon as the turning point at 90 °C has been reached, turn meat and put on the lid. Roast on the switched off hob for about 8 minutes.

Burger:

8. Slice burger buns, clean tomatoes and cut into thin slices.

9. Toast buns as much as you like and spread with pesto. Cover with rocket, tomatoes and patties and serve immediately.

Tip

  • Try the vegetarian version with smoked tofu.
