Parmesan lollipops

  1. 8 ts chopped Parmesan

1. Cut out a circle of baking paper with the help of a 24 cm lid. Line the pot with baking paper and place a teaspoon of Parmesan in a pile on top of the baking paper, leaving the middle free.

2. Place a toothpick in each pile of cheese to make a lollipop.

3. Put the pot in the inverted lid, place the Navigenio overhead, switch to the high level, then bake for approx. 6 minutes.

4. At the end of baking time, remove the baking paper and the lollipops. Let cool for a few seconds before removing the lollipops from the baking paper.

Tip

  • Add pepper, ground paprika, or dried herbs to the Parmesan if you want it to be even spicier.
