Bruschetta with avocado

  1. 1 lime
  2. 2 Avocados
  3. 12 slices white bread (e.g. ciabatta)
  4. spring onions, cocktail tomatoes, olives, mushrooms for garnishing

1. Squeeze out the lime. Halve and pit the avocado. Cut into slices and drizzle with lime juice.

2. Heat the pan on highest level up until the perfect temperature for roasting is reached.

3. Switch to a medium level and put the first slices of bread in the pan. Roast until the desired level of browning has been reached and turn over.

4. After turning, spread the avocado slices on the bread slices and serve with any garnish.

5. Roast the rest of the bread slices in the same way and add the garnishing.

Tip

  • Serve the bruschetta right in the pan at the table. They stay warmer longer this way.
