Granola with Yoghurt

Yoghurt-fruit mix
  1. 500 g mixed fresh berries
  2. 500 g yoghurt
  3. 100 ml milk
  4. 3 tbs liquid honey or maple syrup
Crunchy muesli
  1. 70 g walnuts
  2. 2 tbs desiccated coconut
  3. 3 tbs flaxseed
  4. 2 tbs pumpkin seeds
  5. 20 g puffed amaranth
  6. 20 g puffed spelt
  7. 30 g oat flakes
  8. 20 g spelt flakes
  9. 1 tbs coconut oil
  10. 1 tbs honey
  11. 1 ts cinnamon powder

1. Overview of ingredients.

2. Place nuts in the Quick Cut, chop coarsely and place in a bowl along with all the ingredients up to and including spelt flakes.

3. Warm up coconut oil, mix with honey and cinnamon and add to the granola mixture and mix well. Cut out a circle from baking paper using the lid 24 cm.

4. Place pot on Navigenio and set it at level 6. Switch on Audiotherm, fit it on Visiotherm and turn it until the roasting symbol appears.

5. As soon as the Audiotherm beeps on reaching the roasting window, put in baking paper, spread the granola mixture on it and place the pot into the inverted lid.

6. Place Navigenio overhead and set it at low level. Bake for approx. 30 seconds, stir Granola and repeat until a nice browning is achieved all around. Remove the granola from the pot and allow to cool.

7. Clean or sort the berries and distribute them on small bowls. Mix yoghurt with milk and honey or maple syrup.

8. Arrange the mixed yoghurt on the berries together with the crispy muesli.

Tip

  • The fruits can be varied according to season or taste - just as delicious as berries taste peach, apricot or plum pieces. Banana slices and apple or pear slices are a great alternative all year round.
