Steamed bulgur

  1. 1 onion
  2. 300 g bulgur
  3. 2 tbs tomato paste
  4. 400 ml water
  5. salt
  6. Pul Biber
  7. 2 tbs olive oil

1. Peel and finely chop the onion. Mix with bulgur, tomato paste and water in the pot. Stir in 1 teaspoon of salt, some Pul Biber and the olive oil.

2. Cover with EasyQuick with sealing ring 20 cm. Heat the pot on highest level up to the steam window, switch to a low level and cook for approx. 8 minutes in the steam area.

3. Remove EasyQuick at the end of cooking time, loosen bulgur and season with spices.
