Flatbread with rosemary

  1. 1 pizza dough (rectangular, approx. 25 x 33 cm)
  2. 5 twigs rosemary
  3. olive oil
  4. coarse sea salt

1. Using an oval lid, cut out a pizza base, then cut diamond shapes into both the top and bottom of it using a knife. Remove the rosemary needles from the stems.

2. Heat the oval pan at highest level up to the roasting window, then switch to a low level and insert the pizza dough.

3. Cook until it is time to flip. Flip the flatbread and sprinkle it with rosemary needles.

4. Heat the oval pan at highest level up to the vegetable window, switch to a low level and cook for approx. 7 minutes in the vegetable area.

5. At the end of the cooking time, brush the flatbread with olive oil and sprinkle with coarse sea salt.

Tip

  • This flatbread tastes best served warm.
