Celery-potatoe puree

  1. 700 g celeriac
  2. 300 g floury potatoes
  3. 20 g butter
  4. 150 ml hot milk
  5. salt
  6. nutmeg
  7. AMC Pepper Trio (or pepper)

1. Overview of ingredients.

2. Peel the celery and potatoes, cut both into small cubes and place them in the Softiera insert.

3. Place pot on Navigenio and add 150 ml of water. Place the Softiera insert in pot and close with Secuquick softline.

4. Set Navigenio at "A", switch on Audiotherm, enter approx. 5 minutes cooking time in the Audiotherm, fit it on Visiotherm and turn it until the soft symbol appears.

5. As soon as the Audiotherm beeps, place pot into the inverted lid and leave it to depressurize by itself.

6. Open Secuquick, remove Softiera insert and pour out the remaining water from the pot. Put the celery and potato cubes back into the pot. Add butter, finely crush celery and potatoes, gradually adding milk.

7. Flavour with salt, nutmeg and AMC Pepper Trio.

Tip

  • If you like it even spicier, add crispy fried bacon cubes.
