Bean puree with chicory

  1. 300 g floury potatoes
  2. 500 ml vegetable broth
  3. 1 kg broad beans (fresh or frozen)
  4. 300 g wild chicory
  5. olive oil
  6. salt, pepper

1. Defrost the beans if necessary and remove them from the pod. Peel the potatoes and cut into small pieces. Pour both into a pot with the stock.

2. Clean the chicory and chop the large leaves into small pieces, put it in the combi sieve insert.

3. Place combi sieve insert on pot and close with EasyQuick with sealing ring 24 cm. Place pot on Navigenio and set it to "A". Switch on Audiotherm, enter approx. 10 minutes cooking time, fit it on Visiotherm and turn until the steam symbol appears.

4. At the end of cooking time remove the combi-sieve insert and mix the beans with a blender.

5. Season with olive oil, salt and pepper and serve together with the chicory.
