Banana ice cream

  1. 1 small banana
  2. 250 g curd (20% fat) or ricotta
  3. 50 g cream
  4. 40 g chocolate shavings

1. Peel the banana, cut into large pieces, and chop up in the Quick Cut.

2. Stir in the curd or ricotta and cream.

3. Remove the blade from the Quick Cut and fold in the chocolate shavings.

4. Divide the banana mixture into portions as desired and close with the lid.

5. Put in the freezer and freeze for at least six hours, ideally overnight.
