  1. 1/2 tbs coffee beans
  2. 30 g milk chocolate
  3. 20 g raisins
  4. 50 g almond slivers
  5. 4 firm, sour apples

1. Chop the coffee beans finely. Coarsely chop the chocolate, raisins and almonds, then mix them together.

2. Use an apple corer to hollow out a large area inside each apple. Divide the filling among the apples and place them into a Softiera insert.

3. Pour 150 ml of water into the pot, place the Softiera insert in it, and place the EasyQuick with the 24 cm sealing ring on top. Heat the pot on highest level up to the steam window, switch to a low level and cook for approx. 10 minutes in the steam area.

4. Remove the EasyQuick once the cooking time is over and serve the apples hot.


  • Depending on your preference, you can also garnish with chocolate or custard liqueur, vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
  • The Quick Cut makes chopping the ingredients for the filling particularly easy.
