Spicy bean soup

  1. 250 g dried white beans
  2. 1 stalk celery
  3. 2 carrots
  4. 1 onion
  5. 2 cloves of garlic
  6. 50 g dried tomatoes (without oil)
  7. 500 ml pureed tomatoes
  8. 750 ml water
  9. spicy curry powder
  10. salt, pepper
  11. 20 ml brandy

1. Soak the beans in plenty of cold water for 8 - 12 hours.

2. Clean the celery, peel the carrotsand cut both finely. Peel the onion and garlic and finely cut together with the dried tomatoes.

3. Add the vegetables to the pot. Add the drained beans, tomato sauce, and water, season with curry powder, salt and pepper and stir everything. Cover with Secuquick softline and close.

4. Heat the pot at highest setting up to the turbo window, switch to a low level and cook for about 25 minutes in the turbo area.

5. At the end of cooking time, depressurize Secuquick and remove it.

6. Season the soup to taste with salt, pepper and brandy.
