Fried cheese with bacon and nuts

  1. 4 slices bacon slices
  2. 2 tbs walnuts
  3. 2 Tomme Nature (approx. 100 g each)
  4. 1 tbs honey

1. Wrap bacon slices around the Tomme cheese and coarsely chop walnuts.

2. Heat the pan at highest level until the perfect roasting temperature has been reached.

3. Switch to a low level and place the cheese in the pan. Fry until the cheese becomes hot and runny.

4. Drizzle honey on fried cheese and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.


  • Tomme Nature is a soft cheese with rind from France, Italy or Switzerland.
