Roasted salmon fillet with cider and mustard

  1. 600 g Salmon fillet with skin
  2. 2 shallots
  3. 2 tbs olive oil
  4. 200 ml cider
  5. 1 tbs coarse-grained mustard
  6. 1/2 ts AMC Maritim
  7. 1/2 bunch dill
  8. salt, pepper

1. Remove the salmon fillet from the fridge about 30 minutes before you intend to prepare it.

2. Peel shallots and chop finely. Dab salmon fillet dry with kitchen paper, brush skin side with a little olive oil.

3. Close the pot with Oval EasyQuick and heat the pot on highest level up to the roasting window, switch to a low level, place the salmon skin side down in the pot and roast for approx. 2 minutes until the skin is easy to remove from the bottom of the pan.

4. Turn salmon fillet, add remaining olive oil to the pot and add shallots and roast for a short time. Add apple cider, mustard and AMC Maritim and stir a little.

5. Close with the Oval EasyQuick, heat the pot on highest level up to the steam window, switch to a low level and cook for approx. 5 minutes in the steam area.

6. At the end of cooking time remove EasyQuick, coarsely chop dill and sprinkle over salmon, season with salt and pepper.
