Crêpes with zucchini and shrimps

  1. 4 eggs
  2. 250 g flour
  3. 500 ml milk
  4. 1/2 ts salt
  5. 1 kg zucchini
  6. 1 onion
  7. 1 tbs olive oil
  8. 50 ml water
  9. 400 g frozen, raw, peeled prawns

1. Mix eggs, flour, milk and salt with a whisk to a smooth dough.

2. Place oPan large on stove and heat it up at highest level until the perfect temperature for roasting is reached.

3. Set stove at low level, add 1 teaspoon of oil to the oPan and spread uniformly by rubbing with a kitchen paper or a brush. Pour the dough into the oPan for the first crêpe.

4. As soon as the dough is firm, turn it and finish baking. Proceed the same way with the rest of the dough.

5. Clean the vegetables, dice the zucchini, finely chop the onion with the Quick Cut.

6. Heat the olive oil in a pot and roast the onions. Add courgette and water. Put on EasyQuick with sealing ring 20 cm. Set stove at highest level, switch on Audiotherm, enter approx. 15 minutes cooking time in the Audiotherm, fit it on Visiotherm and turn it until the steam symbol appears.

7. As soon as the Audiotherm beeps on reaching the steam window, set at low level cook until done.

8. Add frozen shrimps, mix everything, close again with EasyQuick, set stove at highest level, heat pot up to the steam window, set at low level and cook for approx. 3 minutes using Audiotherm.

9. Place 1 tablespoon of the mixture on a crêpe, roll up and place the roll in the Oval Griddle.

10. Spread the rest of the courgette mixture over the crêpes. Set stove at highest level, heat pot up to the roasting window using Audiotherm. As soon as the Audiotherm beeps on reaching the roasting window, serve the crêpes hot.
