Meatballs with chorizo

  1. 300 g mixed minced meat (beef, pork)
  2. 1 small onion
  3. 1 clove of garlic
  4. 3 twigs thyme
  5. 1/2 stale bread roll
  6. 100 g chorizo, one piece
  7. 1 small red chili
  8. 1 egg yolk
  9. salt, pepper

1. Remove the minced meat from the refrigerator about 30 minutes before you intend to prepare it.

2. Peel and finely cut the onion and garlic. Remove the thyme leaves from the stems and chop as well. Soak bread roll in warm water.

3. Remove skin from chorizo and finely dice it. Clean the chili pepper and finely chop.

4. Remove the roll from the water, thoroughly squeeze out, tear into small pieces and knead well with all the ingredients including egg yolk. Season well with salt and pepper and form about 8 balls from the mixture.

5. Heat the pan on highest level up to the roasting window, switch to medium level, place the meat balls inside and roast until the turning point is reached.

6. Turn the meatballs. Close with the lid and unscrew the Visiotherm to let the steam escape. Roast the meatballs for approx. 10 minutes until done.
