- 100 g dried green beans
- 1 L beef broth
- 4 waxy potatoes
- 300 g sausage (Vaudois sausages)
- 150 g smoked sausage
1. Put the dried beans in the pot and cover with the broth. Peel the potatoes, cut the sausages into slices,and place both in the Softiera insert. Place the Softiera insert in the pot and cover with Secuquick softline and close.
2. Heat the pot on the highest level up to the soft window, switch to a low level, and cook for approx. 15 minutes in the soft area.
3. At the end of cooking time, depressurize the pot and remove Secuquick. Plate everything together and serve.
