  1. 200 g filet of pork
  2. 200 g filet of beef
  3. 200 g chicken breast
  4. 300 g raw peeled shrimp
  5. 300 g vegetables (such as small mushrooms, zucchini, bell peppers, scallions)
  6. 2 L hot vegetable broth
  7. soy sauce
  8. dry sherry

1. Cut the meat into thin slices and roll them up if you prefer. Remove any digestive tracts from the shrimp, then clean the vegetables and cut them into bite-sized pieces.

2. Arrange everything on serving platters. Pour the vegetable broth into the pot, place it on the Navigenio and heat on level 6 up to the vegetable window. Switch to level 3, remove the lid and season the broth with soy sauce and sherry.

3. Simmer the skewers of meat, shrimp or vegetables in the hot broth. If necessary, pour in more hot broth over the course of the meal.

Tip

  • Serve a variety of sauces, lettuces and bread or rice alongside the hot pot. If you prefer to eat fish in your hot pot (firm filets such as salmon or monkfish are particularly well suited to this), use a fondue basket instead of a fondue fork.
