Farmers stew (AMC4me)

  1. 500 g minced meat (beef)
  2. 1 onion
  3. 2 carrots
  4. 500 g waxy potatoes
  5. 1 red bell pepper
  6. 2 tbs tomato paste
  7. 1 ts dried marjoram
  8. salt, pepper
  9. 400 ml vegetable broth

1. Remove the minced meat from the fridge approx. 30 minutes before you intend to prepare it.

2. Peel onion, carrots and potatoes. Finely chop the onion and cut the carrots and potatoes into thin slices respectively in small cubes.

3. Clean the bell pepper and cut into small cubes.

4. Heat the pot on highest level up to the roasting window, add the mince meat to the pot and roast until crumbly. Add the tomato paste and roast briefly.

5. Add onion, vegetables, potatoes and marjoram, season with salt and pepper and pour in the vegetable broth.

6. Cover with Secuquick softline and close. Heat the pot on highest level up to the soft window, switch to a low level and cook approx. 5 minutes in the soft area.

7. Once the cooking time has elapsed, place the pot in a separate inverted lid and allow it to depressurize by itself.
