Spring pizza

  1. 500 g pizza dough (homemade or ready-made)
  2. 70 g soft goat cheese
  3. 50 g greek yoghurt
  4. 3 tbs sugar
  5. 1 egg yolk
  6. for topping, as desired: walnuts, mango, edible flowers, green asparagus, almond flakes, sprouts

1. Divide pizza dough into 6 portions, roll out to make circles Ø approx. 22 cm.

2. Mix soft cheese, yoghurt, sugar and egg yolk. Prepare the ingredients for the topping.

3. Place pot on Navigenio and set it at level 6. Switch on Audiotherm, fit it on Visiotherm and turn it until the roasting symbol appears.

4. As soon as the Audiotherm beeps on reaching the roasting window, place in first dough circle, smear with a little soft cheese and layer with, for example, asparagus strips.

5. Set pot in the inverted lid, place Navigenio overhead, set at high level. While the Navigenio flashes red/blue, enter approx. 2 minutes in the Audiotherm and bake.

6. Remove the first savoury spring pizza, sprinkle with almond flakes and sprouts. Place pot on the Navigenio again and set at level 6, place the next dough circle and layer it, for example, sweet with mango strips, and bake using the Audiotherm.

7. Keep Navigenio at level 6 while putting the topping. Bake overhead at high level for approx. 2 minutes. Sprinkle the sweet spring pizza with walnuts and edible flowers.

8. Cut spring pizza into pieces and enjoy when hot.
