Scrambled eggs with shrimp and black bread

  1. 1 onion
  2. 1 bunch chives
  3. 4 eggs
  4. 50 ml cream
  5. salt, pepper
  6. 1 ts butter
  7. 100 g small, peeled shrimp
  8. 4 slices dark bread

1. Peel and finely cut the onion. Cut the chives into small rings.

2. Whisk eggs, cream, salt, and pepper together.

3. Heat the pan on highest level up until the perfect temperature for roasting is reached.

4. Switch to a medium level, add butter, and spread it around evenly.

5. Add the egg mixture. As soon as the mixture starts to solidify on the edge, spread the diced onion and shrimp over the top and roast everything until the whole egg mixture is solidified.

6. Divide among the slices of bread, sprinkle with chives, and serve immediately.

Tip

  • The scrambled eggs taste best served with real North Sea shrimp. Instead of shrimp, you can also use diced mushrooms, some finely diced zucchini, bell pepper, or tomato – the preparation remains the same.
