Stuffed mushrooms

  1. 150 g spicy sausage (e.g. chorizo or ‘nuduja)
  2. 75 g sheep cheese (Manchego or Pecorino)
  3. 1 small onion
  4. 2 garlic cloves
  5. 18 mushrooms
  6. 75 g black pitted olives
  7. 3 tbs olive oil
  8. mild ground paprika
  9. pepper

1. Peel skin from sausage, cut or prise sausage into small pieces. Also cut the cheese into small pieces.

2. Peel the onion and garlic, clean the mushrooms with a brush or cloth. Turn out stems and chop finely with onion, garlic and olives in Quick Cut.

3. Mix with sausage, cheese and olive oil. Season with ground paprika and pepper.

4. Fill the mushrooms with the mixture. Heat the pan on the highest level up to the roasting window, switch to low level and place in the mushrooms.

5. Cook until the turning point is reached. Remove lid and fry until mushrooms are hot, about 5 minutes.
