Vegetable noodles with spicy peanut sauce

  1. 300 g leek
  2. 2 cloves of garlic
  3. 3 bell peppers
  4. 40 g brown sugar
  5. 125 ml water
  6. 300 g wide Chinese rice noodles
  7. 150 g salted peanuts
  8. 5 stalks cilantro
  9. 3 ts Sambal Oelek
  10. soy sauce
  11. pepper

1. Overview of ingredients.

2. Clean the leek, halve lengthwise and cut into thin strips. Peel the garlic and dice finely. Clean the bell peppers and cut into small cubes.

3. Add a little sugar to Eurasia, put on hob and set it at highest level. As soon as the sugar begins to melt reduce to low level. Gradually add remaining sugar and caramelize everything lightly.

4. Remove from hob, carefully add the water and simmer until the caramel has dissolved.

5. Add vegetables, switch hob at highest level. Switch on Audiotherm, enter approx. 8 minutes cooking time in the Audiotherm, fit it on Visiotherm and turn until the vegetable symbol appears. As soon as the Audiotherm beeps on reaching the vegetable window, set at low level and cook until done.

6. In the meantime, cook the pasta according to the package instructions and drain. Chop the peanuts finely in Quick Cut. Pluck the coriander leaves and cut into fine strips.

7. Add the peanuts to the vegetables and bring to boil. Season with Sambal Oelek, soy sauce and pepper. Add the pasta and cilantro and mix well.
