Strawberry & chocolate sandwich

  1. 4 slices bread (e.g. toast)
  2. 2 ts chocolate spread
  3. 50 g strawberries
  4. 1 stalk mint

1. Spread chocolate spread on half of the slices of bread. Clean the strawberries, cut into thin slices, and divide among slices of bread. Remove the peppermint leaves from the stems, cut into strips, and sprinkle over the top. Top with the rest of the slices of bread, lightly press together.

2. Heat the pan on highest level up until the perfect temperature for roasting is reached.

3. Switch to a low level and put sandwiches in the pan. As soon as the sandwiches start to lift from the pan, turn over, roast on other side and serve.

Tip

  • It is best to use brown bread as it tastes nuttier and is rich in valuable fiber.
