Indian baked potatoes

  1. 400 g potatoes
  2. 1 garlic clove
  3. 1 tbs olive oil
  4. 1/2 ts spicy paprika powder
  5. 1/2 ts curry powder
  6. salt and pepper
  7. 5 stalks coriander

1. Overview of the ingredients.

2. Wash potatoes thoroughly and cut into slices. Peel the garlic and chop finely.

3. Mix potatoes, garlic, olive oil, paprika and curry powder and season with salt and pepper.

4. Pour the potato mixture into the Eurasia. Place Eurasia on Navigenio and set it at level 6. Switch on Audiotherm, fit it on Visiotherm and turn it until the roasting symbol appears.

5. As soon as the Audiotherm beeps on reaching the roasting window, remove the lid, turn the potatoes and place Eurasia in the inverted lid.

6. Place Navigenio overhead and set it at low level. Switch on Audiotherm and while the Navigenio flashes red/blue, enter approx. 10 minutes in the Audiotherm and bake, while turning once.

7. At the end of baking time, set Navigenio at high level and bake the potatoes for approx. 5 minutes using the Audiotherm until light brown.

8. Pluck the coriander leaves, chop finely and sprinkle over the baked potatoes to serve.
