  1. 500 g chicken
  2. 2 ts ginger garlic paste
  3. 1 ts black pepper, crushed
  4. 1/2 ts salt
  5. 1 ts cardamon powder
  6. 100 ml curd
  7. 30 g cashew nuts, ground to paste
  8. 2 tbs fresh cream
  9. 2 tbs coriander leaves, chopped

1. Place pot on the stove and set it at highest level. Switch on Audiotherm, fit it on Visiotherm and turn it till the roasting symbol appears.

2. As soon as the Audiotherm beeps on reaching the roasting window, reduce the heat and place chicken pieces inside. Slightly press the chicken pieces. Close the pot and fit Audiotherm again on the roasting window.

3. As soon as the Audiotherm beeps on reaching the turning point at 90 °C, turn the chicken pieces and roast on the other side.

4. Add ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp of black pepper powder, cardamom powder, salt to taste and curd. Mix well.

5. Close the pot with Secuquick softline. Switch on the Audiotherm, enter approx. 1 minute cooking time, fit it on Visiotherm and turn it till the soft symbol appears.

6. At the end of cooking time, turn off the hob. Place the Secuquick in an inverted lid and allow it to depresurize by itself.

7. Open Secuquick and place the pot back on the hob, set it at highest level. Now add ground cashew paste follwed by fresh cream.

8. Cook for 3-4 minutes and add rest of the crushed pepper. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with roti.
