Chicken with carrots and kumquats

  1. 1 onion
  2. 1 stalk celery
  3. 4 carrots
  4. 1 tbs olive oil
  5. 150 ml white wine
  6. 800 g chicken parts (e.g. drumsticks, breast, wings)
  7. 5 kumquat
  8. salt

1. Clean the onion and celery and chop finely with the Quick Cut. Peel and slice the carrots.

2. Heat olive oil in the pot, roast the carrots and celery on medium level for approx. 5 minutes. Add white wine.

3. Add chicken pieces, carrots and kumquats, mix and season. Close with Secuquick softline.

4. Place pot on stove and set it at highest level. Switch on Audiotherm, enter approx. 20 minutes in the Audiotherm, fit it on Visiotherm and turn it until the turbo symbol appears.

5. As soon as the Audiotherm beeps on reaching the turbo window, set at low level and cook until done.

6. At the end of cooking time, depressurise Secuquick, remove it and serve hot.

Tip

  • Serve with rice, pasta or potatoes.
