Pear risotto with gorgonzola

  1. 1/2 onion
  2. 1 pear
  3. 100 g Gorgonzola
  4. 250 g risotto rice
  5. 100 ml white wine dried
  6. 400 ml vegetable broth
  7. 2 stalks parsley leaves
  8. salt, pepper

1. Overview of ingredients.

2. Peel onion and chop finely in Quick Cut. Clean the pear and cut into cubes. Cut the gorgonzola into small pieces.

3. Put the onion in a pot, place on Navigenio and set it at level 6. Switch on Audiotherm, fit it on Visiotherm and turn it until the roasting symbol appears.

4. As soon as the Audiotherm beeps on reaching the roasting window, set Navigenio at level 2, add rice and roast briefly. Stir in wine, broth and half of the pear cubes. Put on Secuquick softline and close.

5. Set Navigenio at "A", Switch on Audiotherm, enter program "P" in the Audiotherm, fit it on Visiotherm and turn it until the soft symbol appears.

6. At the end of cooking time, place Secuquick in the inverted lid and leave it to depressurise by itself.

7. Add the remaining pear cubes, gorgonzola and freshly plucked parsley leaves. Season to taste.
