- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 large red chili pepper
- 75 ml olive oil
- 75 ml lemon juice
- 1 ts lemon zest
- 1 ts AMC ORIENTAL
- 1 ts salt
1. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Clean the chili pepper and cut into fine rings. Mix well with the rest of the ingredients.
- The marinade is ideal for poultry, lamb, shrimps and fish. Let the marinade sit for approx. 2–4 hours depending on the meat/fish, gently strip it off before roasting or grilling and dab the meat/fish dry with paper towel.
- The specified amount is enough to marinate approx. 1 kg. If you prick the food to be grilled with a small, sharp knife, the marinade will absorb faster.
