Ingredients
- 1 small onion
- 250 g penne
- 500 g sieved tomatoes (canned)
- 200 ml vegetable broth
- 200 ml cream
- 150 g Gorgonzola cheese
- salt, pepper
Preparation
1. Peel and finely dice the onion, cut the Gorgonzola into pieces.
2. Add penne, sieved tomatoes, vegetable broth, cream, Gorgonzola and diced onion to the pot and stir well.
3. Place Secuquick softline on the pot and close it. Heat the pot on highest level up to the soft window, switch to a low level and cook for approx. 1 minute in the soft area.
4. Add the end of the cooking time place the pot on a separate inverted lid. Leave the pot to depressurize by itself.
5. Mix the pasta well and season with salt and pepper.
