  1. 75 g roasted and salted macadamia nuts
  2. 150 g butter, softened
  3. 5 stalks parsley leaf
  4. 1 ts AMC SMOKEY
  5. salt

1. Finely chop the macadamia nuts in the Quick Cut, add the parsley leaves and chop likewise.

2. Add the butter and AMC SMOKEY, mix everything well and season to taste with some salt.


  • The macadamia butter is best served with savoury steaks (beef or pork) and also makes a delicious spread.
