I was surfing around the recipe section in the Community and I am super interested in a recipe which is cooked on Navigenio. But I don`t have a Navigenio yet. How can I cook it on a normal stove?
Instead of using "A" or level 6 on Navigenio to heat up the AMC pot or pan you can heat it up on the highest level of your stove until the relevant cooking window is reached. As soon as the window is reached, reduce to low level. This is 1/3 of the highest level of your stove (from 9 levels this means level 3).
