I bought tuna fillets and I am not sure how to roast them with the Arondo Griddle. Can somebody tell me how long and with which cooking method?
Tuna fillets have the best taste when they are still a bit glassy and juicy inside. Heat up the pan on highest level until the roasting window is reached, place the fillets inside and press slightly. Close the pan with the lid and roast fillets until the turning point of 90 °C is reached using the Audiotherm. Turn the fillets and allow the fillet to rest for a moment without the lid.
