How can I prepare a potatoe puree with AMC pots?

Clean and peel potatoes. Cook with Secuquick softline for 15 minutes cooking time in the soft window. At the end of the cooking time make Secuquick pressureless and remove it. Add cream or milk and spices and smash with the help of a potatoe smasher. Done!
