I want to roast chicken thighs. Do you know how to do it? Because when I do it they never turn golden brown enough while the bottom of the pot gets very dark.
Heat up the pot on the Navigenio at level 6 until the roasting window is reached, place marinated chicken thighs in the pot with the skin side up, roast once up to the turning point, place the pot in the inverted lid and place Navigenio on top of the pot turned upside down. Depending on the size, bake on low level for about 20-30 minutes until crispy.
