I did not yet understand the difference between EasyQuick and Secuquick. How can I decide which one to use?

The Secuquick softline is a rapid cooking lid which fits on all AMC pots. You can use it best for everything that has very long cooking times: e.g. Jacket potatoes, goulash, larger pieces of meat and pulses. In addition, it is perfectly suitable for "one pot pasta" and risotto. The EasyQuick is a super steaming lid which fits on two pot diameters. Together with the Softiera insert the EasyQuick is especialy suitable for cooking fish and vegetables such as carrots, beans and whole cauliflower. In addition, you may also cook very well dishes that have to be roasted beforehand, such as a chili con carne, tender meat ragouts and meatballs.  For more product information you can have a look here: https://www.kochenmitamc.info/produkt
