  1. 300 g Asian Green Kai Lan
  2. 3 clove garlic, chopped
  3. 0.5 tbs Cooking Oil
  4. 2 tbs water

1. Add chopped Garlic into an AMC 20cm Shallow Pot Unit.

2. Turn on Navigenio to Heat Level “3” and set Audiotherm to “Meat Window” (No time setting for “Meat Window”) to preheat the Pot.

3. When Audiotherm beeps, turn off Navigenio to "0" and turn off Audiotherm.

4. Add ½ tablespoon of Oil to gently brown Garlic with residual heat on Navigenio.

5. Add all vegetables into Pot. Add 2 tablespoons of Water into Pot. Cover Pot Lid.

6. Turn on Navigenio with “A” mode and set Audiotherm to Carrot Window + 1 minute. (This is the automatic process where vegetables will be fully cooked to perfection.)

7. Turn off Navigenio & Audiotherm when Audiotherm beeps.

Tip

  • 1) AMC Stainless Steel Cooking System requires no additional water or very minimal amount of water/liquid to cook dripping wet vegetables to retain most of the vitamins and minerals. Vegetables cooked without additional water/liquid are naturally tastier. Hence, no additional salt/seasoning required in vegetables cooked with this method. 2) Remove Pot Lid immediately after cooking time elapsed to prevent over-cooking of heat-sensitive vegetables. The longer the cooking time/the higher the heat, the higher the nutrients lost.
