Vegan porridge with apple

  1. 300 ml almond drink
  2. 60 g oat flakes
  3. 1 vanilla bean
  4. 1 apple
  5. 1 tbs maple syrup

1. Overview of ingredients

2. Grate apple roughly.

3. Put almond drink in pot, add oat flakes and vanilla bean.

4. Place pot on stove and set it at highest level. Switch on Audiotherm, fit it on Visiotherm and turn it until the vegetable symbol appears.

5. As soon as the Audiotherm beeps on reaching the vegetable window, turn off stove, remove lid and stir porridge.

6. Leave the porridge open for a few minutes and then fold in the grated apple. Drizzle with maple syrup and serve warm.

Tip

  • Garnish your porridge with fresh or frozen fruits, chia seeds or nuts.
  • You can also use soy drink, rice drink or normal cow's milk instead of almond drink.
