Tzatziki

  1. 200 g cucumber
  2. 2 cloves of garlic
  3. 8 stalks dill
  4. 300 g greek yogurt
  5. 2 tbs olive oil
  6. salt, pepper

1. Wash the cucumber, halve lengthwise, core with a teaspoon and cut into large pieces. Peel the garlic. Finely chop both in the Quick Cut.

2. Add dill tips, yogurt, and olive oil, mix quickly by pulling a few times and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Tip

  • The sauce tastes very good with grilled meat and fish, boiled potatoes and flatbread.
