Sweet potatoes with feta

  1. 300 g sweet potatoes
  2. 100 g feta
  3. 50 g drained dried tomatoes (in oil)
  4. 1 spring onion
  5. lemon juice to taste
  6. olive oil to taste
  7. dried herbs (or AMC Pure)
  8. pepper (or AMC Pepper Trio)

1. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut into 0.5 cm slices, finely cut the tomatoes, clean the spring onion and also finely cut.

2. Heat the pan on highest level up to the roasting window, switch to the medium level and place the potato slices in the pan. Roast until the turning point is reached.

3. Turn over the sweet potato slices, spread the feta and tomatoes over top, switch off the hob and close with the lid. Unscrew the Visiotherm and let stand for approx. 2 minutes.

4. Season with some lemon juice, olive oil, herbs and pepper and serve garnished with spring onion.
