Spicy bean salad with chicken strips

  1. 300 g chicken breast
  2. 200 g cocktail tomatoes
  3. 400 g green beans
  4. 1 untreated lime
  5. 1 ts AMC Green Fiery
  6. 1 tbs soy sauce
  7. 2 tbs rice vinegar
  8. 1 tbs sesame oil
  9. salt, pepper

1. Remove the chicken breast from the fridge about 30 minutes before you intend to prepare it. Dab the meat dry with paper towel and cut it into thin strips.

2. Clean and cut the cocktail tomatoes in half. Clean the beans and cut into bite-sized pieces. Pour 120 ml water into the pot. Place beans inside with the Softiera insert.

3. Close with the EasyQuick with the 20 cm sealing ring, heat the pot on highest level up to the steam window, switch to a low level and cook for approx. 16 minutes in the steam area.

4. Wash the lime in hot water, finely zest the peel and mix with AMC Green Fiery, soy sauce, vinegar and sesame oil. Season salad dressing to taste with salt and pepper.

5. At the end of cooking time, remove the EasyQuick, remove the Softiera insert, mix the beans with the salad dressing and let cool until lukewarm.

6. Heat the pan on highest level up to the roasting window, switch to a low level, place the chicken strips in the pan and roast until the turning point is reached.

7. Turn the meat, close with the lid again and switch off the hob. Let stand for approx. 5 minutes and season to taste with salt and pepper.

8. Plate the bean salad with the chicken strips to serve.
