Scrambled Eggs with Sucuk

  1. 100 g Sucuk
  2. 4 eggs
  3. 4 tbs milk
  4. salt, pepper
  5. nutmeg

1. Cut Sucuk into 3 to 5 mm thick slices.

2. Whisk the eggs with milk and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.

3. Heat the pan on highest level up to the roasting window. Switch to a low level, and roast the Sucuk by rotating it continuously.

4. Add the whisked eggs. Switch off the hob as soon as the eggs begin to set. Roast the scrambled eggs while stirring.
