Sandwich toast with avocado

  1. 8 slices toast
  2. 4 ts cream cheese
  3. 4 slices cooked ham
  4. watercress, sprouts or lettuce leaves
  5. 1 tomato
  6. 1 avocado

1. Spread four slices of toast with cream cheese, then cover each with a slice of ham. Garnish with cress, sprouts or lettuce. Clean and thinly slice the tomato and place one slice on each slice of toast.

2. Halve the avocado, remove the pit and the skin, cut avocado into slices and divide onto the toasts.

3. Top with the remaining four slices of toast, lightly press together.

4. Heat the pan at highest level up to the roasting window, turn off the heat and place the sandwiches in the pan, cover with the lid.

5. Flip the sandwiches after about 1 minute and put the lid back on. After approx. 5 minutes, the sandwiches are hot and crispy.
