Risotto with wild garlic

  1. 1 onion
  2. 250 g rice for risotto, e.g. carnaroli
  3. 100 ml white wine
  4. 500 ml vegetable broth
  5. 30 g wild garlic
  6. 50 ml cream
  7. 75 g grated Parmesan cheese
  8. Salt, pepper

1. Overview of ingredients

2. Peel onion, cut in small dices. Put in pot and close with lid.

3. Place pot on Navigenio and set to level 6. Switch on Audiotherm, fit it on Visiotherm and turn it until the roasting symbol appears.

4. As soon as the Audiotherm beeps on reaching the roasting window, set Navigenio to level 2, pour rice into pot and roast it shortly.

5. Add the wine and allow to evaporate while stirring. Add stock and stir.

6. Cover the pot with Secuquick softline and close. Set Navigenio to "A". Switch on Audiotherm, enter cooking time "P", fit it on Visiotherm and turn until the soft symbol appears.

7. At the end of the cooking time, remove pot from Navigenio, place it in an inverted lid and let it depressurize by itself.

8. Clean wild garlic and cut finely. Add with cream and cheese to risotto and stir. Refine with spices and serve.
