  1. 400 g glutinous rice (sticky rice)
  2. 25 butterfly pea flowers
  3. 100 ml water
  4. 1 1/2 tbs lemon juice
  5. 200 g coconut milk
  6. 3/4 ts salt
  7. 3 pandan leaves

1. Put all ingredients into the Softiera bowl with butterfly pea flowers on top.

2. Pour 100 ml water into the pot and place Softiera bowl inside. Close with Secuquick softline.

3. Place pot on Navigenio and set it at "A". Switch on Audiotherm, enter approx. 20 minutes cooking time in the Audiotherm, fit it on Visiotherm and turn it until the turbo symbol appears.

4. At the end of cooking time, place Secuquick into an inverted lid and let it depressurise by itself.

5. Discard the butterfly pea flower. Fluff the cooked glutinous rice with chopstick or fork, then press down the rice until it is firm.

6. Let it cool down before cutting into pieces and serve on pandan leaves.

Tip

  • Serve well with AMC Kaya or condensed milk.
