- 4 eggs
- salt, pepper
- 200 g raw peeled prawns
- 1 tbs chives
- 1 ts fat (oil or butter)
1. Overview of ingredients.
2. Season the eggs with salt and pepper and whisk with a fork. Add shrimps and chive rolls.
3. Heat up oPan large at highest level until the perfect temperature for roasting is reached.
4. Reduce to low level and add fat. Spread it uniformly in the oPan large.
5. Add four small portions each and roast until the mixture is thick. Do the same with the rest of the mixture and serve with grated horseradish.
